From the official world of warcraft site - We are happy to announce the new Customer Service Forum! This forum is managed by Game Master department staff who assist players every day with various in-game issues via the petition system.

I think its a great idea.
he goal of the new forum is to broaden the lines of communication between the Game Master department and the rest of the World of Warcraft community, so that issues new and old alike may be addressed accordingly.
