My better half has recently created and written a Google Gadget that allows you to monitor the status of your World of Warcraft realm from within your personalized Google homepage! It also lists the most recent topics from the Realm Status Forums as clickable links so you can keep up-to-date on any upcoming maintenance or realm issues. My original article I published on my gaming website blog back on 10/8/06. I was recently honored to have been chosen as a writer for Mentor-Media, where I now write articles about WoW for pay by the company. As part of a recent project, I had to create a brand new character and level her to 20. It's been awhile since I've started over and been in the low level zones, and my experience inspired this article, where I talk about common misconceptions about the abilities of low level characters.
