Just like the computer game, the card game will also have a Burning Crusade expansion. The card game expansion will include a new race -- the Blood Elves. No word yet if it will also include the Draenei. The card game expansion will also include new mounts. Similar to the video game, some of the mounts may even be flying.

We've just added the Outland herbs, ore, and treasure to our World of War craft map. The map uses a Google Maps API back-end and contains high resolution imagery of the game universe.

PARIS, France -- Blizzard Entertainment® today announced that the release date for World of Warcraft®: The Burning Crusade™, the highly anticipated expansion for World of Warcraft, will be in January 2007. By adding a few extra weeks to the development cycle beyond its original target date, Blizzard will be able to extend the closed beta test and further refine the new content that will ship with the game.

Aesthetically, whatkind of World Of Warcraft character do you go for? Do you like the big, no-nonsense, tough-guy orcs and taurens - the kind that could splinter bones with their little fingers and don't get invited to dinner parties? Maybe you don't like straying too far from the norm and prefer humans. Sensible, dependable, no unnecessary horns, lovely little bit of Chaucerian countryside and scones for tea.

Folks over at Curse have uncovered the new BC Druid talents and spells. These have been confirmed by multiple individuals on the forum itself so it appears to be somewhat legit. Definitely an interesting read and a way to get a jump on the slow trickle of information coming from the official site.

According to Eyonix on the forums today, in Burning Crusade, heal targets will have HoT spells stack. Hunter pets will scale in power with the hunter's gear.

Blizzard has just released a new page of information on two exciting features that will be included in the Burning Crusade expansion. Jewelcrafting is a new profession that allows players to make trinkets, rings, amulets, and gems. Item socketing will work similar to how it did in Diablo 2.
