Blizzard has released the official versions of the Druid talents (and spells, those are accessible from a link on the top of the talent page). These are quite similar to the unofficial version released a couple days ago (see the front page).

Blizzard Entertainment has revealed a very significant development that will accompany its upcoming World of Warcraft expansion pack, The Burning Crusade... So what does all this background mean in terms of gameplay? Simply put: In The Burning Crusade, Alliance players can play as Draenei shamans, while Horde players can play as Blood Elf paladins.

Some had heralded events on the shaman boards as a new era of Blizz responsiveness from the CMs/Devs. For weeks, Tseric, Eyonix, and other CMs had solicited an almost unprecendented amount of feedback from the shaman community regarding upcoming changes in the 1.11 patch. Hundreds of posts were submitted, then summarized, then stickied, then...silence. Weeks later, Eyonix breaks the silence.
