Rob's big World of Warcraft cheat sheet updated, it has a AMAZING list of places to grind depending what level you are. It also lists the PVP type (alliance or horde). Also on there are the Weapon Skill Trainers and Profession Skill Trainers locations along with the Class Trainers and Training types.
