Owning this hat enters you into a very exclusive club, a club that only allows people who have way too much time to do meaningless things in video games to get even more meaningless items. However, the hat is still freakin cool.

China's drive to impose social and political "harmony" on the internet has claimed a new set of victims: undead skeletons. Chinese players of World of Warcraft, a hugely popular online role-playing game, have expressed outrage after their 'undead skeleton' characters were suddenly clad in new flesh, apparently in order to comply with a secret government ban on bare bones. Nuts.

Addicted? Sheez. "The problem with massive online games is that they're full of other people. In order to bypass the need for interaction and reliance on outsiders, one gamer (and, get this, his girlfriend) decided to take on the responsibilities of an entire World of Warcraft guild himself. "

It shows a few people playing WoW on their laptop and then the WoW characters come out of the laptop screen and battle for the Coke bottle. Its quite funny.

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) -- An addiction center is opening Europe's first detox clinic for video game addicts, offering in-house treatment for people who can't leave their joysticks alone. Video games may look innocent, but they can be as addictive as gambling or drugs - and just as hard to kick, says Keith Bakker, director of Amsterdam-based Smith & Jones Addiction Consultants.
