Its no secret that here at World of Warcraft Armory, I loves me some rogues. So since I just read an interesting article about a big rogue post on the European official forums, I figured I should share it. It is a big list of concerns for the rogue class. As you know, this is something I would be quite interested in.

Thanks to Blizzard Entertainment and the Make a Wish Foundation, Ezra has become the very first non-game designer to introduce a new World of Warcraft character.
Ezra and his father spend the entire day on Friday touring Blizzard Entertainment and creating Ezra's new character. Not only did he design "Ahab Wheathoof, the Old Rancher" , but he decided his weapons and even recorded his voice at Blizzard.

This one is a classic, why dont we get any of these in the US? I am not sure when this came out, however it was just emailed to me this morning. It shows a few people playing WoW on their laptop and then the WoW characters come out of the laptop screen and battle for the Coke bottle. Its quite funny.

THQ president and CEO Brian Farrell says that attempting to compete with World of Warcraft at this time would be misguided. THQ might see any effort in competing with World of Warcraft as misguided, but that isn't stopping the likes of Age of Conan and The Lord of the Rings Online from going head-to-head with Blizzard's MMO monster.

This is a interesting post about leadership in world of warcraft. The goes into talking about his guild specificly and how tedious it is to maintain one, how many different people make up all the roles, and setting up and running raids. Check it out.

In some ways World of Warcraft really isn't my sort of boardgame, but that's mainly about game length. Our 6-player game ended up running a bit longer than 6 hours, and even then we decided to omit the final PvP battle because we were pretty sure we knew the outcome (Kevin, Woo, and I win!), but didn't want to spend another hour to make sure.

ON MANY DAYS, 23-year-old Andrew Caruso can be found trotting through the pixilated green videogame shrubbery of the virtual online world of "World of Warcraft." Attached to the back of his character is a giant, highly coveted orange hammer of Ragnaros. This weapon is so rare, so valued, it took Caruso five months of what he calls "24/7 playing" on his computer to achieve the level 60 status to acquire such a weapon.

Now that E3’s cloud of press releases and promotional information has settled, we finally have more solid information about The Burning Crusade. Even with the new information released, I’m still underwhelmed by Blizzard’s showing. Sure, they showcased the upcoming patch 1.11 and expansion, but they did little else to show that they do indeed have any sort of long-term plan for World of Warcraft...
