Warrior with 4,700 Cleave

This guy posted a video yesterday of a 4,700 cleave. Is this over powered? Should warriors get nerfed again? Or should Blizzard rework the itemization for mages/warriors? I mean mages have the gear, just need work on there talents. IMO there under powered. Blizzard should not continue to nerf warriors, but rework the gear.
