Hortus just posted that the PTR server for patch 2.4.2 has been taken down, and that the PTR phase for the patch has ended. This is a strong indicator that patch 2.4.2 is on its way soon, perhaps during some expected maintenance tomorrow.

In preparation for mother's day, Warcraftstuff has prepared a section of designs just for the occasion. The theory is that of the 8 million WoW players out there, some of them, perhaps quite a large number, are mothers and grandmothers. These hip diva's of WoW will absolutely love a bit of WoW's Greatest Mom or Grandma swag or tchochsky to add to their collection. Also already up are the equivalent designs for Dad's and Grandpa's for Father's day in June. Check them all out!

Vivendi Universal Games Australia representative Bennett Ring has advised that the realm transfer system won’t be able to go live straight away due to technical issues that Blizzard is still working on resolving. He could not confirm the date realm transfer will be made available, but did re-confirm that everything in our story and the original press releases sent to us is correct.

Go check out everything about your server. You can see how many orcs are on your server... Or even go into as much detail as how many male orc hunters are on your server compared to other classes. Some good statistics on almost everything.
