The Armory now supports the new Player Calendar, one of the new features added to the game in patch 3.0.2: Echoes of Doom. The Player Calendar allows players to create their own events such as raids, arena matches, and guild meetings, and keep track of the many activities in the worlds of Azeroth and Outland.
According to the Patch 3.0.3 patch notes, the Druid Swift Flight Form, Paladin Charger, and Warlock Dreadsteed spells will soon become trainable. Before you all celebrate (or throw out invectives...), it should be noted that these spells will only become available at a level above the minimum required level to obtain the mounts or form and will require the appropriate riding skill.
So i was browsing the glider (WoW bot forums) the other day, and stumbled across something quite shocking. It was a \"success\" thread, posted by a guy over in Germany, who has turned gliding/gold selling in to a living. Throughout the countless questions and replies, he admits he makes roughly 100-120k per year just selling gold. In his first post, he gave the basics:
Hey guys, some inside information. Blizzard has apparently paid the people behind Wowhead (IGE) over $100,000 to promote their upcoming expansion. Oh how the world has changed, eh?To verify, simply load up Wowhead.com. Oh, Thottbot.com too.
In Australia, and bummed you can\'t make it up to the states for BlizzCon? You too can experience it virtually -- while DirecTV has a deal to carry it on pay-per-view in the US, Foxtel has apparently landed the same agreement in Oz. For $14.95 a day!
Why are you now allowing character transfers from PvE realms to PvP realms?Because World of Warcraft has matured significantly since the inception of Paid Character Transfers, we don’t feel that PvE-to-PvP transfers will have the negative impact on the game that we initially wanted to avoid when we started the service in 2006. This change will provide more mobility and freedom for players to experience the game with friends or play in the type of environment they’re looking for.
Useless abilities. We all have them. Sometimes we get them as we level up, sometimes we spend talent points on them. They plague our talent trees and our action bars.

The feature isn\'t available on european servers yet but will most likely be activated within the next hours. While I know a lot of folks already have their bear mounts, in my opinion, this change kind of sucks. I have a small raiding Guild who I\'ve been working with to get our bear mounts (with a few bumps along the way).
