This is something that I had never known before about World of Warcraft (and I've been studying this game for quite a while): some of the ingame locations are actually based on real-life buildings and environments. Tree of Life has a terrific post (based on one of our own Around Azeroth screenshots) up showing comparisons of the ingame reproductions and the real-world influences, and some of them are almost perfect recreations.

It seems like one of the biggest problems a lot of people have with Death Knights is the fact that they can be all races. Me, I say: Why not? The lore really isn't as bad as you might think.

The Chinese government has declared a mourning period for three days for those injured, missing, and passed. This includes the closing of movie theaters, web portals and television stations. The9, who services World of Warcraft in is participating in the blackout as is Shanda Interactive Entertainment, host of the World of Legend game.

This is excellent news for some people, myself included; Blizzard has reduced the cooldowns for Paid Character Transfers and Paid Name Changes from three months to one month.

When I woke up this morning I was greeted to two things: a fist full of WoW news to report on, and my daily dose of MythBusters. Interestingly I found that our chummy Blizzard PTR forum poster Hortus has taken up dispelling some myths of his own. So i'm gonna save up for a new computer. Either gonna buy one or build one and i would like to know any good store which sells computer they make themself ( no crappy dell or something) in sweden or good CPU and stuff like that. The budget should be around 600-800 euro. Mostly gonna use for playing MMORPGS but still be able to play some of the new games(like Quake Wars:Enemy Territory and maybe crysis) on decent settings (No low like i have to play on this one).
